What are the reception times ?

The reception is open from 9am to 9pm. For a departure before 9am, please contact the reception the day before your departure and for an arrival after 9pm (of course possible) please let us know by phone.

At what time are the rooms available and at what time should they be vacated ?

Our rooms are available from 5pm. And we ask that the rooms be vacated no later than 10:00am on the day of departure.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel even if I am not yet a guest or no longer a guest ?

Yes, the guest who arrives before his room is ready or who wishes to leave his luggage after having released it can contact the reception.

Does the hotel offer a car park ?

There is free public car park adjacent to the hotel.

Is internet access available throughout the hotel? Is it free of charge ?

Wifi connection is available free of charge throughout the hotel (rooms and common areas). An access code is sent to you on arrival.

Do you have a cot and other baby accessories at your disposal ?

Yes, we provide free of charge and on request a cot in the room (except for rooms that are not spacious enough). We also offer a bathtub and changing mat on request. In the restaurant you can ask for a high chair. Meal snacks can be reheated in the microwave.

Do you have an extra bed at your disposal ?

We can provide an extra bed, provided that the room booked is large enough. Please request this when booking (additional cost per night).

Is the hotel non-smoking ?

The hotel is completely non-smoking: all rooms and areas (public or not) in the hotel are non-smoking.

Are pets allowed ?

We accept pets for a supplement per night.

Does the hotel have an elevator ?

The hotel does not have an elevator. Our rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Is there a meeting room at the P'tit Cham ?

We regularly receive groups and seminars and can arrange certain areas of the hotel as work or meeting spaces. Are provided: screen, projector and flipchart.

Rooms for people with reduced mobility ?

We do not have this type of room. On the other hand, our restaurant is accessible to people in wheelchairs.

Are the bathrooms equipped with showers or baths ?

Our bathrooms are exclusively equipped with showers.

Is there room service at the P'tit Cham ?
Your room will be cleaned on the 3rd day of your stay and every 3 days thereafter. On request, your room can be cleaned daily.
Does the hotel have a ski/bicycle room...

We have a closed room with access code. It is equipped with a shoe dryer during the ski season.

Can we rent ski equipment and other equipment at the P'tit Cham ?

We only offer snowshoes for hire.
